Service Description

The Epicurean Connection is offering private hands-on cheesemaking classes with award-winning Cheesemaker/Chef Sheana Davis & Wine Educator/Cheesemaker Ben Sessions. The class included a hands-on cheesemaking class, a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map, artisan cheese tasting, and complimentary Rose. Guests will make a 2-3# Creme de Ricotta wheel of cheese and or flavor the Creme de Ricotta from our Spice Bar. Please bring a cooler to take home your cheeses. The class is hosted by award-winning cheesemaker Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions, The Epicurean Connection. The class is 90 minutes.
